Registration Guidelines:

• The registration fee is inclusive of applicable GST, as per Government of India regulations.
• Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates attending THERANOS 2.0.
• Children above 7 years of age must be registered as accompanying persons.
• Children below 7 years of age must also be registered (complimentary) for security and logistical purposes.
• A valid Government-issued Photo ID is mandatory for all delegates to gain access to the conference venue.
• Delegates are requested to wear their conference badge at all times within the conference and exhibition areas.
• Registration fees can be paid through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, QR Code or Bank Transfer. Cheque payments will not be accepted.
• All registrations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned.
• Delegates are advised to carry their registration confirmation email/receipt for on-site verification.
• Students must upload or present a valid Student ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Institution during registration.
• Please quote your Registration ID in all communications and payment references.
• Any bank remittance, currency conversion or transaction charges shall be borne by the delegate.
• Spot Registration, if available, will be accepted only through Card, UPI or Digital Payment at the venue.
• Access for accompanying persons may be restricted to selected scientific sessions and conference areas.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the conference programme, venue schedule or event timings if required.
• The Organizers shall not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
• Conference materials and workshop resources will not be distributed after the conference.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept, reject or reclassify any registration that does not comply with the conference registration policies.
• Registration confirmation along with the Registration ID will be sent to the registered email address after successful payment verification.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• All eligible refunds will be processed after the completion of THERANOS 2.0. Any bank transfer or transaction charges applicable to the refund shall be borne by the participant.
• The refund will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will be limited to the base registration fee only and will not include GST, payment gateway charges or card processing charges.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@icrt2027.org No verbal or telephonic cancellation requests will be entertained.
